How to Become a Formula Science® Distributor
Successful Distributors are alert to find high-performance products
to better serve their clients. Formula Science® seeks to establish
alliances with successful Distributors who will represent our
products in key markets around the globe. Distributors benefit
from our training systems and will be fully qualified to assist
their clients to achieve optimal results with our premium quality
products.
One Distributor will be selected for each market area. Only qualified
Distributors will be invited to participate in the program.
The process of becoming an Authorized Distributor of Formula Science®
products involves four steps:
- The Distributor Agreement outlining our policies
and the Distributor Role will be signed.
- An Initial Order for stock inventory is required
with the Distributor Agreement, usually $30,000 to $50,000
USD, depending on the products selected. The Initial Order
will include a group of at least 15 products that you will
need to have in inventory regularly. We do not expect Distributors
to inventory every product we produce. The range of products
we offer ensures that Distributors are able to fulfill the
needs of customers. We are happy to assist you with selecting
an appropriate variety of products to maximize your marketing
potential while also minimizing inventory requirements.
- Sales inquiries received from your area will be
forwarded to you for follow-up. We will provide you with access
to the most advanced marketing tools and information in order
to maximize your revenue opportunity and effectiveness. We
believe that training is the key to positive results. You
will have the right to use Formula Science® marketing materials
in selling our products and to translate technical materials
as needed. We seek organized and motivated Distributors who
will be active in seeking new business. We want your organization
to be successful with our products. We provide the opportunity,
the products and the training needed to achieve that success.
- A 3-day comprehensive training seminar will be
scheduled to coincide with the arrival of the initial inventory
order at your facility. This includes training for your staff,
and for customers and prospects. Distributors should schedule
visits with key prospects during the afternoons. The seminars
are designed to create immediate interest in the products
included in the initial order as well as in the equipment
and other products available to you.
